Meridian Elite is Messermeister's specialty cutlery line. This smaller 4" Chef Knife with its broad blade is sharp, efficient and maintains the same rocking motion you expect from the larger knives. It is especially handy for smaller items like garlic, shallots, herbs & nuts. Prep away- chop, dice, & slice!

These knives are constructed from a single seamless fully forged no stain tool steel and completed with a final hand polished razor sharp edge. The polished spine is smooth and the bolster less edge makes these knives easy to sharpen. The POM riveted handles are state-of-the-art and provide a smooth grip that is easy to handle and highly damage resistant. Made in Solingen, Germany - Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
