Diamonds ARE forever! The large roaster is perfect for all types of deep baking. The heat tempered lid reverses in order to be used as a serving dish. Swiss Diamond features a patented reinforced non-stick cooking surface using real diamond crystals in a nano-composite. This new non-stick cooking surface makes for easy and effortless clean up plus, it is metal utensil and dishwasher friendly and will not PEEL, CRACK or BLISTER.

The pans thick pressure cast aluminum construction provides for perfect uniform heat distribution with no hot spots and will not warp. All of Swiss Diamond's cookware has a perfectly flat base for use on all ceramic, gas and electric cook tops; special line is also available for induction cooking.
