Meridian Elite is Messermeister's specialty cutlery line. This knife's flex is just what you need when filleting fish. Its wider blade allows the blade to float across bones, ensuring a clean fillet.

These knives are constructed from a single seamless fully forged no stain tool steel and completed with a final hand polished razor sharp edge. The polished spine is smooth and the bolster less edge makes these knives easy to sharpen. The POM riveted handles are state-of-the-art and provide a smooth grip that is easy to handle and highly damage resistant. Made in Solingen, Germany - Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.
